Sound Familiar?
You need to schedule a meeting with three colleagues. You open the ERP to check activities, then Outlook for meetings, then Google Calendar for personal entries, then Zoom for a link, then Calendly to see when your client is free. Five windows.
One question: when is everyone available?
Most teams don’t have a scheduling problem — they have a fragmentation problem. Each tool holds part of the picture, and no single place shows the whole thing. Herbe Calendar brings all the sources together in one view without asking anyone to change the tools they already use.
What herbe.calendar addresses
- ERP activities and tasks are invisible to every other scheduling tool
- Outlook meetings are unknown to colleagues on Google or ERP-only setups
- Zoom, Teams and Google Meet each manage their own links separately
- Checking a colleague's availability means opening four apps and hoping nothing was missed
- Client booking relies on back-and-forth email because there is no single place showing real availability
One view, all sources
herbe.calendar aggregates events from ERP, Outlook, Google, Zoom, Teams, Calendly and ICS feeds into a single real-time calendar. Each source connects independently — there is no forced migration to a new system. You see the full team side-by-side with colour-coded sources, and tasks from ERP, Microsoft To Do and Google Tasks all in one panel.
WHAT CHANGES FROM DAY ONE
- See all colleagues' schedules side-by-side — no more opening multiple apps to check availability
- Clients book time directly through a link — availability is checked across all sources in real time
- ERP activities sync both ways — create and edit directly from the calendar view

What's included
Herbe Calendar is built around six core areas — each addressing a specific gap in how teams currently manage time across multiple tools.
Team view
See multiple colleagues side-by-side in day, 3-day, 5-day, week or month views. Colour-coded by source. Favourites and quick switching between groups.
ERP sync
Full read/write sync with Standard ERP and Excellent Books. Create, edit and reschedule activities directly from the calendar without going back to the ERP.
Client booking
Share a booking link with clients. They pick a slot from your real availability. Buffer time, daily limits and video call links are generated automatically by meeting type.
Calendar sharing
Share calendars with colleagues at three visibility levels: busy only, event titles, or full details. Each person controls what others can see.
Unified tasks
Tasks from ERP, Microsoft To Do and Google Tasks in one panel. Mark complete, copy to events, or create new tasks directly — without switching apps.
Mobile access
Available as a progressive web app on any device. A native iOS app (currently in TestFlight beta) adds widgets, push notifications and deep-linking.
Practical Outcomes
A summary of what teams typically gain after setting up Herbe Calendar:
- No more opening 4–5 apps to check whether a colleague is free
- ERP activities, Outlook meetings and Google events visible in a single view
- Clients self-book available slots without email exchanges
- Video call links generated automatically — no manual copy-pasting
- Tasks from multiple systems consolidated into one panel
- Accessible from any device; installs as a PWA on mobile
Herbe Calendar is developed by the Burti team, building on over 20 years of ERP implementation experience across the Baltics and Scandinavia. It is available as a self-hosted deployment in your own infrastructure. A live demo is available at calendar.herbe.app.
